HOW TO BE AN EXPLORER OF THE WORLD

 

10 things I notice:

1. There's a very good looking girl sitting right in front of me. Based from the accent, i think she's Irish.

2. On my left hand side, on the wall, there's a big portrait of a very important-looking man. I am not sure who he is though.

3. The carpet is all green!

4. The lamps look like pine cones!

5. There are 5 fire exit signs all around me.

6. The English guy sitting beside me has a chocolate stain on his teeth.

7. There are a few printers behind me, by the wall.

8. There's a bunch of Chinese students chilling by the sofa watching videos on youtube.

9. It says group study - the sign in front of my table.

10. The computer i'm currently using is a Dell.

1. It's very windy today
2. The grass was recently trimmed
3. Saw two tiny birds by the bushes
4. A Chinese girl walked pass me, she was playing with her phone
5. There's an Arab guy
6. People are still wearing winter jackets
7. Saw my friend waiting for me on the bus stop
8. She's wearing a maroon jacket
9. She wraps her head with an orange scarf
10. We saw a lot of cars at the car park near East Slope Bar
11. A bunch of people coming down from the bus
12. Saw two guys playing ping pong near Swanborough
13. There's no food truck in front of Bramber House
14. A lot of people around Bramber House, they walk in groups
15. There's the usual Ask-me Huts in front of Jubilee Building
16. There's a seagull following me
17. Saw some people having a cup of coffee at the cafe near Showcross
18. The coffee looks tempting
19. Suddenly i feel hungry
20. Realize that i have not had my breakfast
21. Took a detour from the library
22. Asked my friend to accompany me to Student Union
23. Walked pass the praying room for Muslim brothers and sisters
24. Wanted to eat bagels but the sandwiches look delicious as well
25. Contemplating between NYC Bagel or Chicken and sweetcorn mayonnaise in pita bread
26. Took the pita bread and a bottle of Aloe Vera drink
27. Proceeded to the counter, the cashier's name is Peter
28. He reminded me of Peter Melark, the guy in Hunger Games
29. Paid by cash
30. Thinking of buying a new hoodie
31. Saw some people walking towards Falmer Bar
32. Saw a guy hiding behind the library stairs, trying to light his cigarettes
33. Thought about having a smoke myself
34. Some people are having a quick munch by the stairs
35. Saw IDS Bar but never been there
36. Had second thought, maybe i should go to Silverstone instead
37. Had a brief discussion with my friend
38. Decided to proceed with the initial plan of going to the library
39. There's a lot of people trying to get into the library as well
40. Couldn't find my student card
41. Had to put down my bag and search for it
42. There's a girl who had similar situation, she was trying to find her ID card as well
43. Saw my friend taking a temporary card to enter the library
44. Saw a bunch of people talking to the staff at the reception counter
45. Seems like they're lost
46. Found my ID card
47. Taps my card on the machine
48. The machine beeps
49. I walk into the library
50. I'm at the library finally
